5. Project Timelines and Deliverables

6.1 We agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared by the client during the course of the project.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 LaunchLeap's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project in question. We are not liable for any consequential damages, lost profits, or data loss.

8.1 Either party may terminate a project with written notice if the other party breaches a material provision of these Terms or the specific project agreement.
8.2 In the event of termination, you agree to pay for all work completed up to the termination date.
